The planet is in distress. The greed of the few has depleted our planet’s resources to the point of imminent collapse. On our current trajectory we risk billions of lives lost and the collapse of civilisation. As Professor Will Steffen said, we risk "Hell on Earth.”

In our final hour, mass participation in civil resistance is our last and best hope.

All other avenues have failed us. It’s time to rise up and defend the liveability of our planet. We do this with joy, creativity and disruption of business-as-usual. It’s time to sound the alarm and disrupt the death machine.

On 4th May, across the continent, we will rise up with people power to demand a better world for ourselves and generations to come. Cosplay for Climate is a costumed protest where people are encouraged to dress as super heros - whatever that means to you -  and march on the road, or sit and refuse to move.

We want peace, justice and a liveable planet.

We demand an emergency speed transition, faster than the Flash, into zero emissions and biodiversity protection.
